What is the purpose of the personal store?
To streamline operations so that employees can order merchandise for personal use at a discounted price.
How long does it take for orders to be processed and delivered?
We recommend ordering at least 3 – 4 business days in advance of when you need to have the items.
Can purchases from the personal store be expensed to the company?
No, the personal store is strictly for personal use only. Expensed purchases made from this store will not be approved.
Should you need any item for business use, kindly reach out to your manager or department head.
What if the item I want is not in stock?
Our store restocks on a regular basis, as well as new items are added on a consistent basis. Please check the store regularly for the most up to date launches.
Do we have merchandise laying around?
No, we do not. All our swag items are stored offsite due to restrictions in onsite storage space. Unless the purchase is for business use, employees need to pay for their own personal swag. Should you require items for business use, please reach out to your manager.
I placed my order a while ago and it still isn’t here. Whom should I contact?

I accidentally placed an order. How can I cancel it?
To cancel an order, please email eCommerce@brandedbyaccent.com and copy Shasta Urquhart (sbarron@eqbank.ca).
If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the shipment to the warehouse.
Can I cancel or modify an order that I have already placed?
Changes and modifications can likely be made if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please email eCommerce@brandedbyaccent.com and copy Shasta Urquhart (sbarron@eqbank.ca).
If orders have already been shipped, you may need to do a return and will be responsible for return shipping fees.
What is the return policy for items purchased through the store?
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item you received was defective or damaged. In that case, please contact our customer service team at ecommerce@brandedbyaccent.com as soon as possible and we will provide you with a prepaid return label and a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in the package. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
